There might be some negatives but I dont think it's bad overall.

Top growers like Crews and Marshall use plastic atop soil to get things warmed up, and they get great results. The benefits outweigh any negatives, it would seem.

I put it on and I will transplant in 4 days should I then switch to landscape fabric or punch holes in the greenhouse plastic

I dont know... Are you using drip lines above or below the fabric? I dont like punching holes in my plastic because I like to re-use it. That reminds me I have to think about this myself although I'll probably use neither, just straw. I'm in a very warm climate zone.
Maybe monitor your soil moisture and temperature, if possible? Try both ways, then learn what works best?
