2154 Sperry '23: Oldest Portion of the Plant Inspection
Seeing that the first leaf on the first secondary is still green and alive demonstrates the overall plant health. Also, the main crown (or stump) has maintained a good healthy color and shows no signs of external rot. There is a "Henry Floor Fan" on this portion as a preventative measure. Even though this area may not be contributing that much to the actual pumpkin growth due to its age, it does show the overall plant health. Also, anything it is contributing, even if it is minimal is appreciated.
