If it's just here and there, the plant is showing its true colors and it won't go away from where it already is. It's like freckles - distinction. Again, just here and there is OK, but monitor for any changes. It is on the eldest leaf, the one that has had time to show anything. Good luck with it all. eg

Not sure cause but I have seen similar, I'd speculate a wet and cool situation with high organics, the yellow is nothing to worry about long term. The chlorosis could be manganese or magnesium...? I'm unsure.
