They call that a hippo tank lol. It's mostly empty but with warm weather comes a month of 50-60k wind. Strangely it was that snow storm a couple of weeks ago that knocked the tank over. That was about 80-90 k.
It's the southern part of the province that get the high winds. 100k is common.
Without the internet I wouldn't have known how nice it is other places lol.
