Are there still any seeds around that have the 1059 VM as their direct mother?
Please let me know: [email protected]
Thank you!

I selfed it in 2014 which was our 907. I don't have any left but had given out a ton of them. I bet someone has one hanging in a seed jar somewhere.

Prince Edward Pumpkin growers, Ontario have a web site I believe with a seed list and some involving the 1059. Good luck

Check out the genetics from my 236 Hochstetler and see if that ticks the box. Approximately 44% 1059 VM in there.

Check out the 476 and 501 Harnica seeds. Those may be the "newest" ones with a better germination chance. I know John was growing a lot of them out in his field because they were reliable orange / round pumpkins. I can look in my collection, I may still have those.
