Have you tried Myclobutanil. It should be able to control Fusarium.

Dust area heavily with powdered sulphur and keep a fan on it 24/7. You can buy powdered sulphur on Amazon

You can try Bonide Sulfur Plant Fungicide, 4 lb. Ready-to-Use Micronized. I use Safer's Sulphur Dust Fungicide and Miticide but I don't think that is available in the USA. I dust everything stem, blossom end and pumpkin skin and make a foliar spray which I spray weekly on the vines and leaves. There seems to be zero resistance and it works very well for me. Beating all its extremely safe for use.

Henry, I've looked at your diary and I saw that you're burying the nodes of the main vine. That's a mistake. You should never bury the main vine. You must keep it elevated and well-ventilated, without putting dirt on top of it, and free from moisture. If you lose any of the secondary , it's not a problem, but you must protect the main vine very well.
