I think your first step for next year should be selling lots of felted pumpkins. Save up a good amount of money and then next year you can have a great setup and grow a huge one.

Certainly a great business at your age. Its a niche market but easily scalable. You can market to places like apple orchards, garden shops, halloween stores etc. sell enough, you can hire nick to pull your weeds ;-)

LOL yeah, if I could change a few things it would be to give more fertilizer put clear plastic on the soil to heat it 3 weeks before transplant abd cut an x where I put it, and lastly weed more aggressively. Hopefully I'll get my 1300 ponder next year. I'm still hoping for like 200 this year on my 1504 c9nsidering I get a female around the 20th I have 51 days

Maurice remember for next year you shoud take care of the weeds before they form big root systems as pumpkin roots strech far from the acual plant.

Do felts of married couples for epic birthdays. Take their recent pictures and a few days later, send the family the completed felts and it'll be a real 'hoot', lol. eg
