Quite a season. You'll be ready to grow them like old pros next year. But, you could let your kid choose the seed, that never hurt... The innocence of a child knows stuff even the old pros dont know.

I also have had my kids involved in growing since they were very young like Carson, they know the disappointment very well too. Yet they still love it and are still in the game. Two of my sons are growing pumpkins this year as young adults now!
