Hi. I'm no one to talk, butt that entire bag of Biosol should be on that entire vine, after sort-of mixing it with native soil per Google and it should be quite moist before applying;
If it's mostly dry, the new H20 + FerTs will have a hard time soaking through. Roots emerge from the top as well as the bottom of the nodes. My nickel's worth; Per the video, great display of the leaves' rejuvenation and that plant is a lot bigger than I thought, lol. Keep up the good work---eg

I know that they emerge from both top and bottom but I don't want to smother the secondaries
