It's still a great pumpkin, nothing to be ashamed of there. It may not be legal for competition, but you could seal up that crack with some silicone and keep it growing as long as possible!

Tough pill to swallow there on that one! We used that toilet bowl wax in the past seal up cracks for awhile so pumpkins mature little more for seed development.
