I would definitely pollinate them both, you never know what may happen in the next week, if both look good and you have to make a decision, I would keep the first like you were thinking. Making a decision on which to keep is always a good problem to have, and honestly you probably can't go wrong either way! Great comeback!

Looks good. Best to keep both maybe. I think the one farther out might be a good choice it would be exciting for you to have a big plant and hit like 30 or 40 lbs per day. If you can hit 40 lbs per day (or better) you'll be on track for a pb. Try to think in terms of which pollination will be more likely to get those kind of numbers. I think the lbs per day is the more important numbers game to play than the pollination date?
