Weedkiller drift. Looks a lot like 2,4-D but could be a different one.

I had a Mullein plant that I intentionally said goodbye to with Glyphosate/Roundup literally a month ago and it looked like this just the other day, which was WAY after I figured 'Ahhh, just let it grow' (I love Mullein, but it was in a bad spot) *as it seemed unaffected*, and then 'Boom'; ...just that one plant, and they HAD done weed-killing across the road, about *3* weeks ago. Summarized, the affliction could have happened quite a while before the symptom(s) occurred, for any determination of the cause(s). Now, let's hope for suggested remedies other than mine of 'much-more-frequently, water it with favorite higher-N ferts'; Oh, it'd prolly work, but I'm not a heavy hitter, lol. PS---Those splash boards might like some company in a few walking boards with that soft, weedless (I'm jealous!) soil. Good luck and now, you can grow aNd show, lol---eric g

Well at least you dont have any weeds but yeah that's probably not a deficiency.
Maybe an extreme excess of...? What if any herbicide did u use there?

Alot of herbicides like Roundup turn leaves bright yellow and then they die while new growth crumbles up (non commercial grade). This looks more severe so I also agree on the 24-d. You should try to figure out what exactly was used on it or where it drifted from. Certain chemicals like Diquat Dibromide stay in the soil for over 3 years. I had drift happen last year and feel your pain
