Those plants are so far ahead of ours. This is our first year with melons, do you ever get nodes to root or just the main root from transplant site?

Maurice, I was talking about my Pumpkin on this post.My melons are averaging 4.5 lb per day about dap 23-dap 30.
Sally is one of my pumpkins.

I have checked roots under weed fabric on young plants and they are well past the plant.
