What is the temperature goal? I Helped a Pathologist in the 90's when I worked for a seed research company,steamed to 190.
Funny how things ring a bell years later, when I was helping him with a Pythium resistance screening for soybeans. I asked him are we trying to kill the bad guys in the soil he told me know I don't want the good guys they can give us false resistance ratings.
