Caroline (837.5 Bierle A) is officially at the MN State fair as the 1071.5 Bierle 2026. Need to confirm but she may have been the second place adult, with a youth entry putting us all to shame. Wasn't able to stick around to see everything weighed--fair set up is crazy and too many youth activities these last few weeks.
Given what this plant has been through, losing the stump on the fourth of July and 2/3 of the vine to rot a month ago, it's a fine end to the season. 450 lb off the secondary combines for 1500 off the plant! Who knows what the ceiling would have been.
