I'm sorry for posting this here,I didn't get any responds on the "Other Gardening General Discussion" Board.
My Mom has a couple flowering trees that have been infested with Japaneese Beetles. I wanted to spray Sevins on the tree's but she's worried about killing the butterflies & Hummingbirds. What is my best plan of attack? thanks Kenny

Use pyrethrins, neem extracts, insecticidal soaps. www.gardensalive.com or other organic sites. Don't use sevin if you want to save the butterflys and bees.
