I'm sure it gets hotter in that area where you got the plants due to the block of a building. When block gets heated it let's off lots of heat nearby. I'd say water a bit more perhaps put a chair or umbrella over them during mid day sun for 2 hours. A small fan may not be bad for ventilation amd keep temps down around that building. They should perk up by morning.

Did you drench with an insecticide? Maybe their roots are under attack?

I don't think anyone needs to worry TOO much about a wilting plant as long as it's kept hydrated, meaning 'as long as it doesn't dry up'. Keep them wet and just like a 401k or IRA, it will recover to SOME extent. If they were not my ONLY plants I'd water one with cool water, like SOIL drench it, to see the effect, if any. Then, I'd know. For whatever reason, the plants are transpiring more than what they are taking in, OR the stomata on the undersides of the leaves are closing up or opening out of sync with our perceived need for a taut plant, lol, for WHatEvEr reason.
I, too, would be worried, some. Plus, that soil looks unnecessarily dry. eg
