I see new records coming in 2026 for you Dave! Just make sure that exhaust pipe exits well outside of your greenhouse as we can afford to lose a grower like you! I also suggest you buy a Carbon Dioxide alarm for inside the greenhouse in case of leaks.

My friends and colleagues think I'm a tad strange just putting a temporary greenhouse over my pumpkin with a space heater - I tell them my methods are nothing compared to other growers. This proves it! Hope you get the biggest one yet, Dave.

Thanks for all the good luck ! And yes, the exhaust gets hot. I've burnt myself once already !!And yes, I'm sort of crazy. And yes again I do have a carbon monoxide detector. Interestingly eh? Carbon dioxide grows bigger plants and carbon monoxide kills people.

Looking good Dave! It’s a challenge keeping the bigger hoops really warm overnight and the 1500 Watt heater in ours can only do so much. How much fuel is this heater using in your setup over night?
