After two tears away from growing I just purchased a new home and 3 acres that will allow me to do some serious growing in the future :). This year I will need to concentrate on mowing as by the time I have possession will be too late for AG's so I would like to buy something ideally that I can eventually use with this tiller/cultivator I am looking for. I used a DR Tiller in the past but would like to have something that will have a wider path and and produce quicker results. So my question is does anyone have a recommendations for a pull behind that will till as deep as possible and produce great results with minimal passes that I can connect to something that has a mowing deck or will I need to go for a tractor with an attachment anyway to get great results?

Even at my age(too old for childish fun) I decided to roost the yard with the dirt bike and I broke it up decently. I didn't have much topsoil though, mostly ledge.

While I prefer domestic-based brands, I used a diesel Kubota tractor belly mower which had detachable 3-point implements such as a bucket and 4 ft. PTO-driven roto tiller a few years ago as a grower. Can't beat the durability and convenience. That tiller could really fluff some soil.
