Fellow pumpkin growers: this is a reminder that Team-Pumpkin will be starting the auction season. We want to remind all growers and attendees to read the rules especially for the first part of the auction. In the typical Team-Pumpkin style we have a new and interesting format.



A short summary is that the first half bids will be in “Team-Pumpkin Dollars” (but there is a limit to how many you have) and then the winner gets to decide what they pay for the lot. The amount of money donated to Team-Pumpkin for being the winner will be kept confidential. We do ask that the denomination is any amount greater than $5.00 and there is not a limit;-)



Our goal by doing this is to offer seeds to growers at what they consider to be a fair price. We want to work together as a Team and this is one way we see that we can help benefit the community. There are also many seeds offered in our auction so there should be something for everyone.

Details have been e-mailed to Ken, so my guess is they will be posted in the morning. Thanks for your interest as it should be a unique auction for sure.
