I pass along this message from Darrell. It is with great sadness that Kim peacefully passed away last night. She has been fighting strong for 12 years with her chordoma tumour. She will be sadly and greatly missed by myself, the boys, family and friends. There will be a Celebration of Kim's Life this Sunday at Vasey United Church starting promptly at 2 pm. Kim's celebration is open to all to attend and share with memories and the good times. There will be no visitation, Kim's request, to make it easier for the boys. The boys were always in her thoughts for situations such as this. Kim was to the point where she was tired of fighting and was able to embrace death and be at peace.
She will be greatly missed.
