After pollinating, how long does it need to "take". My situation is my 2 year old ripped off the blossom/segments of the pollinated flower tonight thursday after I pollinated it Tuesday morning and I'm wondering if it will still grow? The golf ball sized pumpkin is fine but the flower is gone. It had a little over 2 days to "take".

Keep pollinating other flowers, if that one does'nt take you can go to the next one you pollinated.
