just wanted to let everyone know that Charlene and I have both decided to no longer grow Giant Pumpkins.We will be sharing some tips with a few new growers in the area and i hope everyone has enjoyed the Donkin diaries over the last few years.Good luck this year!

Just curious, how many years have you been growing, or perhaps....what started it all?
It is good to go out with a bang. I'm sure that's what you are saying.
Lots of other hobbies out there. I'm an old car car guy(before pumpkins)but I've got way more mileage out of pumpkins than anything on 4 wheels. I've never had tour buses stop for any old car I ever had.

different strokes for different folks. its all good whether your a grower for a couple years or for a couple dozen.you did real good and will be missed.

Just a guess: If Carl isn´t growing them, it still doesn´t mean that none of the Grahams would be growing any AGs. Jos might be right with the SBOTY...we will see.
