Were you thinking about using this to lift pumpkins? My 3ph has a capacity of 1750 lbs at the pins but every inch you get further out that capacity drops dramatically. If you can do the math (and I cant) there would be very little lift with this thing stretched out. Obviously depending on tractor size. I know with my "carry all" on the 3ph I can barely lift 900 lbs on a skid.

I used a boom pole and it worked ok up till about 700 lbs.
