I have a smaller concrete block build like 10 x 10 years ago was used as a pig pen its in need of a roof I was wondering if i got some high mil plastic and made a roof out of it maybe run electric to it and make a green house. What do ya think would it hold up through winter and such? Also going to be building some cold boxes.

Ideally you want as much sun in as possible,with the block walls that will limit the sun.so you mite could wall paper it with cheap aluminium foil on inside to magnifie the sun&depending on your budget you can have light, just make sure you get plant/ aqarium bulbs,regular bulbsonly put out 2 different rays of light,were grow bulbs have 3 rays.i say go for it &on a side note your planing on puting in a garden till were the hog pin was probli the erea rite outside block building on door side, ground should be rich rite there were pigs stayed cause of there dropping,thats were i wud put my garden
