Break out the hair dryers and captan and also the razor blades! Gotta cut er up and drain that thing like a doctor!. anyone else getting these things?

I have one this morning on the big 1103 stump,dont like the ideal of cuting it up ,never done it before,theres water and foam comeing out the top ,and looks like rot .Thinking just burry it back up with dirt.

Mine didn't foam, just rotted off. Combination of overwatering to combat 90-100 degree heat and missing a fungicide application.
