Subject: average size at 12 days from pollination

so i have a pumpkin that i pollinated 12 days ago, and it is around 23 inches ott i was wondering if that is average or below or do i just suck thanks

As long as it is still growing and shiny skinned the size makes no difference at 12 days.

well i had two pollinated the one pollinated on the 12th and yesterday it measured 21 inches and the one that is farther out on the main vine was pollinated 19 and today it measured 23 so i kept the second one

Swiss, in the future I recommend that you keep both pumpkins for a mich longer time. When I removed my final cull it was well over 60 inches. You just never know what might happen.

The biggest of the 3 on my vine hit 74" OTT today. Its day 12. The stem has split on both sides....
