Has anyone used Infuse Fungicide and how does it compare with Companion? Also, any tips on a fungicide that can be bought locally? Thanks.

Infuse is a systemic, same active ingredient as banner maxx in lesser concentration, pretty good for powdery mildew, you don't need to spray under the leaves, just cover the leaf surface and it will protect the whole plant. On the down side, it is hard on myco and its even one the of the few things that are not compatible with rootshield which tells me it is a potent chemical. companion is organic, not nearly as effective as a fungicide in my opinion, can be drenched or applied foliar. Good as a preventative but when the disease sets in, go nuclear with infuse.

Infuse works...I use companion early in the year then switch over to the Infuse later in the season like August and on...

I'm not familiar with Infuse, but we use Banner Maxx and Companion,,,If Infuse is same active ingredient as Banner Maxx, these are 2 different animals fighting the same things in different ways,,,Companion is added to your soil to help fight off the bad pathogens that could be disease and attack your plants, Infuse is sprayed on the plant to help it fight off disease,,,To use these in a productive way, you should use them in alternate weeks, so each can help the other work better,,, Companion, because it isn't native to your soil needs to be added every 2-3 weeks, after that it is eaten up by other stuff in your soil, so after that time period it is gone. Good Luck nukid!!!
