Hello everyone,
I was wondering if you use a different knife per each plant you trim vines or if you wash your knife between plants. My other plant is infected with the similar vine disease as seen in my post and now I'm wondering if it was infected since I used the same knife to cut vines?

I use a fillet knife and have a paper towel soaked in alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to wipe between cuts. I must admitted I do not clean knife after every cut...but most.

I dip mine in bleach when changing plants. I dip it everytime when removing diseased leaves.

I've had so much trouble with YVD here I am affraid to use the same knife between vines without washing it. It may be over kill but until we learn more about it, I'll continue.
