Hi from Lady Sybil, aka Mrs Vimes, We are growing a pumpkin from a 697 Veader seed, on a very strong vine. The pumpkin is now at least 150 pounds so far. Our soil is basically very good, but we were wondering: what might the pumpkin be taking out most that ought to be given to it in particular? Is there any one supplement that should be given more? Should we use Superbloom or a more general fertilizer? What about compost and gypsum? What other supplements would help?

If you looking for a water soluble...look for a tomato fertilizer..it will be high in potassium and needed micronutrients
