1.) Have you sprayed anything recently on the plant? (if so, what products)
2.) Any chance you can get a picture of the underside of the leaves and post it?
3.) Is the entire plant showing leaves like this or is there one area?
4.) How quick is it spreading? (if at all)

My guess is you have one of potentially three things going on or some sort of add combination. My suggestions are as follows…
1. Apply a Calcium + Magnesium type product to the leaves and drench with Epsom Salts. You could have a Magnesium deficiency. By doing this combo you will ensure Magnesium is getting the plant quick. Your soils out in UT are different than CT so I am not sure what your native levels would be.
2. Watch for this problem to spread, if it appears to be progressing quickly, try and apply a phosphite type product. There are many different types out there (Agri-Fos, Fosphite, Fungi-Phite, Phostrol,…)
3. If progression is still occurring after the Magnesium applications you might want to try a Manganese product to apply to the leaves. The yellow patterns also look like Manganese (Mn) deficiency, but based on the location I am favoring a Mg deficiency over an Mn deficiency.
Seems no two diagnoses are the same, and feel free to let me know if conditions change for the better or worse. Regardless do not expect the sick leaves to look 100% the key part is to monitor further changes.
