I have 5 seeds that are 5 years old. I'm trying to start them inside. What are my chances of getting them to germinate? If they do not, I'd like to get some seeds. Any ideas? Thank You, Grow4me

I tried seeds for practice this year, 8, 9 and 10 years old. All came up just fine within 48 hours.

This is my rookie year and purchased a Richards 1468 seed from 2007 from P & P Seed Company for 25.00.
It germinated in less than 4 days on a heat mat at 85 F.
I would say 5 year old seeds are still very healthy and vigorous is stored correctly.
