The GWG Board has been busy discussing many topics this past week and we have decided that as we finalize and agree on a topic, we will post them here and send out a email to the membership. We have also decided to take turns posting so you will be seeing posts from all of the executive!!

We are very pleased to announce the prize structure for 2012!! There is a total of $4675 cash prizes.

Members must be in good standing by June 1st 2012 to be eligible. Watermelons must be weighed at GPC sanctioned weigh-off. If it looks like a watermelon and it is undamaged.... it counts!!

Awesome. Just awesome. I hope some of you pumpkin growers decide to join our little growing club and try a melon plant or two somewhere in the corner of your patch. I think you will find Carolina Cross a lot easier to grow than Atlantic Giants.
