While w'ere talking about selfed pumpkins, could someone help me with this Q, suppose I grew two 1161's and crossed them, how would we say they were pollinated, 1161 x 1161?

They would be 1161 x sibb. If I'm correct in my understanding.

Good one Andy thanks,I was there when Joe Platte weighed his 967 back in 2003.That 735 was the 846 Cali selfed.My uncle had a 885 that year grown in my patch it tied Don VanHouttes for 2nd place.

dales big one from alaska was 1634 werner x self, no progeny yet, we'll see after this year if its like the 1725 harp and throws big offspring
