I am auctioneering the March 4th, MPG auction. I know that BP.com's chat room has some quirks when it comes to pasting messages in it while doing aucitons. Could an auctioneer with an electronic file already made up, please send me that file to save me some leg work? This way I can use it for the more common lots and see how to format it. Thanks for the help. Scott West [email protected]

I copy the lots to note pad.. You can copy and paste into the auction chat box for there. It's easier and faster to have somebody else post the lot info while you run the auction

You can requesat a transcript of the auction from Ken after it is over for one. The other would be have a person set aside from the regualer going ons to watch for things that you can refer to when something goes arye. IE someone who isnt typing something while the auction is going.

Yup, Use note pad not word...and I have found that remind folks to email you confirming the bid, their screen name AND their real name, along with what lot and what they won it for.....Hope this helps....GOOD LUCK
