Greetings all, we had a some what troubled year and many pumpkins went down prematurely rotting, I lost several and my seed counts are low.

I would like to request closed pollinations to include in our RMGVG seed promos to go out to our grower base, and all across Mother EARTH. We have done this now for 6 straight years creating up to 75 seed paks and sending them out to other growers to grow.

Many of you have contributed in the past, and we thank you, those went out and several growers grew them and brought them to a weigh off. We simply love to spread the good seed genetics around. Most forgot to remember the name of the seed...but we will work on that, but we did see a nice variety, and a new grower win 1st at Nicks....

I personally supplied from my older seed vault to Phelan Gardens in Colorado Springs where we had 20 new young growers starting plants from a grow seminar given. 1502 Wallace crosses,older genetics, was neat to see....... I want to do it all again this year. Same with Jareds and Nicks Garden Center. I give them seeds to hand out at the registers to grow along with intructions on starting and encouragement to bring them to the weigh offs. I gave three classes last year, with 20 plus at each seminar, it was great, lots of new young growers.

Last year the bumpy pumpkin was a great hit! Wizzy Itty Bitty Corn that with 3" earZ, fun stuff to grow. Closed pollinations only please ....THANK YOU!

Wiz,, I had a stellar season so to speak,, your 622 was grande' to say the least,, have tracked down 2 1470 wallaces,, 1 will see dirt fer sure,,, also,, looking fer a few , genetic strains,, found 1 i believe will be stellar,,, its a 1450 wallace x 998 pukos cross.. never grown,, got a few european seeds on line if the seeds are there,, wish you and all the members a great holiday season,, and best of luck next season,, Curt

Gary, as a member I can donate some for a deep orange cross. It was the 1059 VMG x 1165 Marsh (1544 Revier x 1276 Marsh). It topped 500lbs, but my garden only gets 4-5 hours of sunlight a day. See end of my diary if interested.
