In case you missed it elsewhere, Shattuck, OK will host it's 2nd annual GPC Weigh-In this weekend, October 8th at the Red Barn. First prize $1,500, 2nd prize $750, 3rd $375. And we are an indoor event, so rain or shine, come on down for our all day festival (everything ends at 4). Pumpkin check in is from 8 to 10am on the north end of the building, with the judging immediately afterwards.

The Red Barn is located on the north-east side of town on Hwy 15. There is a small RV park in front of the barn.

If you are coming south on Hwy 283, turn east on 5th Street. In about a mile you will come to Hwy 15 and the south end of the barn will be in front of you. Turn left to get to the north entrance.

Coming north on 283, just past the cemetary, take the "Y" to the right, and go about 1 mile. The barn will be on your right. Go to the north end of the building.

If you are coming from Woodward, just watch for the signs.

There will be signs along both highways directing you.

Last years winner was a 150 pounder (that is not a typo) so we are hoping to see the prize money got to some real contenders this year. If you have any questions, call or text me (Jean) at 806-898-5672.
