Mr.Davis Wells is and has been the Watermelon king of Virginia State Fair.Davis has won more blue ribbons than most people have ever seen.

Davis joined the VGVGA last year and tried his hand at growing Giant Pumpkins..His first year out the gate Davis grew a 2nd place 841 monster off a Joel Hollands seed.

Davis has in years passed grew watermelons in the 200lb range every year..one heck of a nice fellow and an outstanding grower.welcome to the VGVGA and congratulations on a Virginia State Fair watermelon record! 154 lb!!
