I've been researching fungicides that i see mentioned here on bp like bravo and daconil and i see that there are systemic and non systemic varieties what is better if I am trying to prevent PM and still encourage the microorganisims to come back or remain active. Thanks for your help John

From everything I have read, you need to use both in rotation to prevent PM. Works for me.

Luke is right about using both. Try to use a variety of systemic and non-systemic fungicides in rotation and start applications at least a month before you usually notice PM appearing.
University horticultural experts can probably help you determine more exactly when to start treatments in New Zealand.
