Ian Neale had three: celery, longest cucumber, swede
Peter Glazebrook had two: onion, potato
David Thomas had one: parsnip

Unfortunately for Ian, Guinness abusively awarded the WR longest cucumber to a gourd, or in any case not to a cucumber. It was disqualified at the major British show as not being a cucumber, but he managed to convince Guinness it was.
