Maybe i'm just being greedy. Every year the same story. the kin grows great till about day 4o than coasts the rest of the season. Getting about 70 pounds a week. I am at day 56. It's not don growing Plant is still green, I just think its hungry for something but i'm not feeding it right. Any suggestions out there. I know its not done becuse my gains would be getting smaller each week. They're not. It just keeps coasting at the same rate.

Late season gains depend on lots of things like plant health, plant size, soil health, fertilizer scheduling etc. A tissue test may show something out of balance, but start with the basics....a good healthy plant with very little "extra" growth, proper pruning technique, and good healthy soil. Those were the 3 things that I noticed made the difference for me this year.

p joe...I get regular emails from Ex Pkn site!!! Tom P, has many growing tips for late season health!!! Tom is saying that coasting is not acceptable!!! tom & lunatics are on the same path, sorta...tissue tests will tell you what yer plant is doing!!! or, more importantly...needing in the late part of the season!! Peace, Wayne
