The largest secondary on my pumpkin plant had vine rot. It has been removed. The plant got a large dose of eagle when I noticed it. Is there anything else I can do so that it does not spread or infect new parts of the plant? The vine had orange liquid inside of it.

Not enough info on what caused the vine rot. Could be fusarium/pyth or photophytoria... these are soil-bourne and you'd use a systemic fungicide. Dig up some of the roots surrounding the area and see if they are brown or white. Maybe the vine went bad because it exploded or SVB or something else?
