I am finally in the process of pollinating. The next couple of nights it is suppose to be in the 50's. What precautions should I take? I was thinking of a hot bottle of water covered by a cooler, but then I thought we are suppose to keep the newly pollinated pumpkin cool. Maybe I should cover them with a cooler only.

wait in till it reaches 60-65 * in morning then pollinate ! if its 50 at night ?i am assuming it is not that hot in daytime ? so i would only cover with something to shade it ! but i like to shade out a few feet as well !
