Here is a post that I just put up on the Giant Vegetable Growers of Ontario website. I'm not sure if it works for US or overseas residents but I thought I'd give it a try anyways - what the heck.

WestJet is running a Fun and Festivals campaign and Port Elgin Pumpkinfest is currently sitting as #29 in Canada and #12 in Ontario. By placing a vote you can win one of six WestJet Canadian vacations and you'll help Port Elgin rise to the top at the same time. Help us out by visiting their website and placing a vote. You'll have to set up an account, so they can record your vote, but so far I have received NO spam email from this and have had an account for well over a month now. Please help us make a pumpkin growing festival #1 in Canada!

click on "find a festival" and type in "port elgin pumpkinfest" - then click "view festival details" and you should get an orange (very fitting colour) that says "VOTE"
