Ok now on day 13 the kin on the secondary is 5 inches bigger than the one on the main do I still wait or cut it today..I dont think the on on the main will catch up 5 inches "should I wait or should I go now"

Dude, if you are a newish grower...then grow 2 on the same plant so that you at least have a back-up or an "oh crap" pumpkin on the vine should one of them sh** the bed.
Newish growers should almost always have a backup pumpkin growing so that they are not "all in" on the one plant that they may have.....that is part of the reason so many newbies leave the hobby....disappointment early on.

How long should I wait the kin on the side is 36inches cc the one on the main is 31inches cc???

Agreed with Linus...unless you want to keep an "oh crap" pumpkin on the vine just in case something happens to the one and only....your call!
If you only want 1 pumpkin on the plant...then chop it now and keep the one on the main.

Keep the main, its going to pass that secondary up someday.
