I have a pumpkin that is 18 days old and over 50 pounds. It is growing in only 200-250 square feet. The side vines never really took off on this plant. Right now the pumpkin is gaining about 5-7 pounds a day. How big could this pumpkin get and could I bet my personal best of 600 pounds? Also has any one ever grow a big one with only that much plant area?

Last year there was a guy from MN. that grew a 700 pounder from a plant that was 200 sq feet or so,,I tried to find his diary but couldn't? maybe someone could post it?
But his plant was very very healthy he took care of it,,
