I have two pumpkins pollinated for three days the are growing nice if I start pinching flowers can my pumpkins abort?....maybe the flowers are taking alot of energy to open up when the energy could be going to the pumpkin?

Once I have my pumpkins set (and nobody else needs pollen) I will terminate all male flowers.
Actually, I only grow male flowers on the main vine and the first 3 secondaries to save time trimming and burying vines. I clip off the tendril, flower and tertiary vines as I see them so it makes it easier for vine maintenance later.
I've been told that they suck alot of energy from the fruit so as soon as I can...they are done.
