was looking at my house on google maps and saw a satellite photo of my place and there was my pumpkin!
never thought that a pumpkin would be big enough to be seen on a satellite photo... amazing that a single vegetable could be seen from space.......
my photo is in my diary (might take a day to get verified)
anyone else got their pumpkin on google?
makes u wonder what else big brother can see?

They got our patch just after the pumpkins were picked for the weighoff. You can see the pumpkins that we let go on a couple plants after the main fruit went bad and we let them go wild for the end of the season.

My two pumpkins from last year are on a satellite photo from Google. I have silt fencing around the plants with the pumpkins in the middle. From the satellite photo it looks like a pair of eyes in my yard.

Apparently they don't photograph my area very often becuse the photo of my house is at least 4 years old. There is still a big tree in the front yard and I cut it down as soon as I bought the place in 2007.

Check out mine from a couple years ago. 37 Stewarttown Road, Halton Hills, Ontario. You can see 4 pumpkins in the patch.
And if you drag the street view guy onto Trafalgar Road you can look down into the patch and see a couple pumpkins.
