I spray my leaves once a week with 5-1-1 about 25ml with 4L water and then I also do a fish drench once a week.. Is this too much?

Watch for signs of wilting, low blossom growth and the green color in the leaves changing to a darker lush green. These are just a few sighs of too much N.
I don't think what you are doing is too extreme.

In the past my experience has been that some of the fish emulsions out there seem to have a higher oil content then others based on the type of fish being used; and whether the whole fish is used or just heads and tails as such. The higher the oil content in my opinion the more apt it is to burn in the sun if on the leaves. Think about it the oil is like olive oil in a pan, turn up the heat and it cooks!

983 northrup, In so many words I don't believe you can use the word organic with K. There are alot of approved sources of K for organic growing. No seaweed, extract is very low in K. Usually 1 to 1.5 % There are some kelp concentrates that are alot higher. I use low doses of potassium sulfate 0-0-50. There are also places that sell potassium sulfate approved for organic growing. Search OMRI approved potassium. I can't think of any reason why you can't mix molasses with the fish.
