after reading Ken's post on svb being out and about, was wondering how many growers were using the svb traps this year...I was late to the game of svb traps... the thought of luring more svb to my patch didn't make much sense to me. over the years seems the svb never had problem finding my patch anyway...so.....
I will never grow Giant Pumpkins again without using the svb trap ..first day trapped 4 svb!!!
spray, drench, svb trap I should be good to go!! good luck to everyone..

I use them with the lure and vapor strip and I also put a sticky fly tape in the bottom container. They do the job well.

Caught one in just hours after putting the trap out. I think I'll keep it.

and from the way I understand it...the lil buggers, overwinter in yer soil...so any female you trap this year...will not have lil offspring coming up into yer patch next year!!! Peace, Wayne
